For Chapter 2 Season 6 I was tasked to build an ancient village that surrounds the big central spire that was the new big landmark of the season. We tried to create a POI that felt a little more ancient than what is usually in Fortnite. I'm really loving this autumn color scheme we have this season.
This set and POI was a huge team effort once again. Josh Rife built the massive central tower, Troy Perry was responsible for the natural rock walls that surround the village and tower. Anton Migulko really made the materials shine. Big thanks also to Gervasio Canda for the initial concepts and all the help along the way with his amazing concept art skills. Rich Eastwood did an amazing job of creating the level design for this space. Thanks to Nate Bowden, Rick Kohler for the leadership on this and Andy Carroll for the outsource support. Thanks to Brian Fasten and team to make this whole thing run.
This was a really complex POI to work on with a lot of moving and changing parts and the team did an awesome job putting it all together!
I built the whole set with Stephanie Ducasse and divided the work on all the architecture pieces and materials.
